Convert Your Debt to Wealth

Convert Your Debt to Wealth

Is debt Good or Evil? Actually, debt is merely a tool. As with any tool, it can be used properly or improperly. When used properly, it can provide leverage to start a business or to buy a home. When used improperly, it can become a way of life in which we buy things we don’t need, with money we don’t have, to impress people we don’t even know! The one constant about debt is that it comes with a cost, called interest. That is the price we pay for the privilege of using other people’s money. Few of America’s largest businesses would have succeeded without the use of debt, sometimes on multiple occasions. Few Americans could have purchased their homes without starting with mortgages. Yet, even when used for constructive purposes, that interest cost represents a one-way transfer of wealth from individuals to the lending institutions, which have structured the debt for their maximum advantage.

What if there were a program that could drastically reduce the amount of interest scheduled to be paid on your debt? What if there were a program that could redirect much, or even most, of that interest from building the wealth of institutions to building your wealth? What if there were a program that could pay off all your remaining debt-mortgages, student loans, credit cards, vehicle loans, and any other debt-in as little as 1/2 to 1/3 the scheduled time? What would you do with 15-20 years of all those payments that you no longer had to pay to someone else? Do you suppose, in working together, we could find ways to use those funds to build your wealth instead of that of institutions?
